Most leaders find it difficult to remain focused on the truly important items that need to be completed.  In this coaching session we share some thoughts on how to identify and keep the important items in front of you.

The first thing that usually develops as a new leader is our EGO? We control people! We control futures! We can make or break someone’s career by our choices and actions.
